West Grove Plaza

West Grove Plaza is a 6.0 acre office park development in Pleasant Grove, UT near I-15  that is entitled for 88,000 SF of office suites for sale or lease when completed.  The site was acquired in November 2006 and all entitlement work and on and offsite improvments have been completed. The first 21,000 SF 2-story office building finished construction in May 2009.  The additional office pads are available for sale or for build-to-suit.
