Esplanade Office Park

 

Esplanade Office Park is a 10.5 acre office park development in American Fork, UT, adjacent to I-15.  It is entitled for 165,000 SF of class-A mid rise office space.  The site was acquired in December 2007 and all entitlement work and on and offsite improvements have been completed and office pads are ready for sale or for build-to-suit.
