Draper Design Center

 

Draper Design Center is a 6.7 acre commercial site located at the NW corner of I-15 and Bangerter Hwy. in Draper, UT, just south of the 330,000 SF IKEA.  It was acquired in March, 2007 and all entitlement work and on and off-site improvements have been completed.  It was entitled for 110,000 SF of furniture showroom retail space and is currently available for sale or build to suit.
